It is important to note: Certain states require fees for real estate advertising services to be paid in full at the time a property is advertised for sale. These states do not allow the postponement of payment for real estate advertising services until a property has sold. If the location of the property you are advertising is listed below, in section A1, please submit payment promptly upon receipt of your invoice. You will receive your invoice via email within 24-48 hours of posting your property to be advertised on our site.

We will send an invoice, for advertising services received, to you via email. Please retain this invoice, and use it when submitting your payment.
